Eximbank of Turkey is the fruit of the technical and economic cooperation between the Republic of Congo and Turkey. This cooperation is evident through two (2) projects. 

• Kintélé International Conference Center

  Born from a personal initiative of the President of the Republic, Denis Sassou Nguesso, with a view to creating a new convivial framework for hosting large regional and international meetings, the Kintélé International Conference Center justifies its location by the premises of the Plan Local d’Urbanisme on the Kintélé hilly area, which provides for the construction of a whole chain of buildings likely to give a fresh and captivating modernity, to this area with a charm magnified by the proximity of waves and meanders of the majestic River Congo.

• Government city

  The project to build a government city in Brazzaville is part of the agreements signed between Turkey and the Republic of Congo, during the second joint cooperation commission between Congo and Turkey and this is quite a major project. It is a condensed set of twelve buildings which form an administrative district whose objective is to streamline State service and reduce bottlenecks.
